UPDATE 2023-09-19: Any proposed zoning reforms are now not expected to be heard until January, 2024. 🙄
In the mayor's July VLOG she discussed the joint meeting with the Planning Commission and the possibility [finally] of meaningful land-use reforms stating that the recommendations of the Planning Commission can be expected to come back to the City Commission in 60 to 90 days. That puts it somewhere between 2023-09-11 (September 11th) and 2023-10-11 (October 11th). ⏲️
Land-use/Zoning comments occur at 4:40, if the at-time start fails to work.
