The Turner Ave bike lane between Leonard and 4th St is under construction.

According to the city's presentation there is hope the lane will eventually be extended beyond Leonard St, to the north:
As the north - south facilities continue to improve it remains a challenge to find a safe/comfortable way to cross the river [east - west].
