Meeting Calendar 2024

This is a summarized list of various meetings happening throughout the city, in one convenient location.

UPDATE 2024-09-10: The times 7:00pm and 2:00pm of the City Commission meetings in December have been swapped, typically the first meeting of the month is at 2pm and the second meeting is at 7pm. These were swapped to accommodate performing the oath-of-office for those elected in December; so the first meeting of the month - the 3rd of December - will at 7:00pm and the second meeting - the 17th of December - will be at 2:00pm.

• To be included an organization or commission must publish a schedule or calendar. If there are meetings I've missed please let us know, happy to correct or append.
• Dates marked with an asterisk (*) are from calendars which are committing the cardinal calendar sin of using repeating/cyclic events rather than individually scheduled items. This evil practice always results in incorrect scheduling, and resulting confusion. An example of this is the Greater Grand Rapids Bicycle Coalition which is apparently having a board meeting on Christmas Eve? Be skeptical of these meeting dates, they should be double checked if you are interesting in participating. Also, never, ever, use cyclical events on a calendar.
